Retailers can sell wholesale to anyone with a resale permit. Retail prices are determined by the cost of goods and can be changed at any time by the seller. As a store owner for over 19 years there are no laws restricting sales regarding retail/wholesale except that sales taxes are collected on retail sales and none on wholesale sales. I was free to set my own prices based on the free market and the cost of my product.In business .. Location, Location, Location is VERY important to success .. not only do you need the right business, you need the right location .Passion, you do have to work long hours but passion because you believe in what you are doing.
