I had a rubber band on a stack of tickets right next to a photograph and I finally looked at it yesterday and the rubber had (I assume) melted on to the photograph. I tried just peeling it off but I scratched off some of the ink on the photo. I really don't want to ruin the photo since it was an original picture of my parents anniversary, so is there any way to get it off properly without damaging the photo?
