we bought our new house when i was 8 months and we bought it for space and the ability to have a yard and make noise and not have ppl complain about a crying baby, space reallly was the deciding factor, an apt with kids SUX! i grew up in one and was limited, couldnt have a pool or do fun things in the yard, my kid wont have to worry about that...
